"The sport in scouting is to find the good in every boy and develop it."
Lord Robert Baden-Powell was the founder of the World Scouting Movement. This picture was presented to him on the 21st anniversary of scouting at the 1929 World Jamboree in Birkenhead, England. This event was also called the "Coming of Age Jamboree".
