Troop 95  History

Troop 95 was started in 1956 and was a member of the Great Valley District, Chester County Council, BSA. The founding Troop Committee was comprised of the following individuals:

• Ronald Wanner (Scoutmaster)- The troop honors Mr. Wanner's contributions each year by presenting the Ronald Wanner Award to a scout who demonstrates spirit and the ability to live by the scout oath and law.

• Neil Burtner (Committee Chairman)

• Harry Bowersox (Secretary)

• Jesse Frame (Treasurer)

• John Hipple (Camping, Hiking & Activities Chairman)

• Walter Bulger (Personnel Chairman)

• George Yocom (Health & Safety Chairman)

• Frank Hohl (Advancement & Board of Review Chairman)

The troop has also been fortunate to have been led by many dedicated and hard working Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters. The following is a list of the outstanding individuals who have held the position of Scoutmaster:
